Wholesale Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you would like to return any part of your order, please review our below product return policy.
Returnable products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and provide proof of the purchase by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of their receipt. This guarantee expires thirty (30) days from the date you purchased your products.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought from us.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as received along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment, and in the original packaging.
How to Return a Product
To return products, please email us at [email protected] or contact your sales representative, and include your order number, a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of the purchase, and a brief note of the reason for the return. We will issue you a return authorization number (RMA number) and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive your products, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received them. If your return of products is approved by our returns department, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment (less the shipping costs and 50% handling fees for each returned product, all subject to and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations).
Products returned in damaged condition may receive partial refund or may not entitle with the right for any refund - at the sole discretion of management.
Shipping
You are solely responsible for shipping the products to us. You shall bear all of your own shipping costs. When you ship the products back to us, they must be in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, and save the receipt until you have received the refund for your returned products. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of the returned products. In any event, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note that any postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and may be a reimbursed by us only in case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
